THE JOURNEY
Initial Enquiry
This is where the process begins. We start by understanding your interest, your location, and what you’re trying to achieve. At this stage, the focus is on clarity — making sure the opportunity makes sense for your space before moving forward.
Requirements Gathering
We take a closer look at the environment the machine will operate in. This includes foot traffic, placement, product type, and practical constraints. The goal is to shape a solution that works in reality, not just on paper.
Solution & Quotation
Based on what we’ve gathered, we recommend a machine setup aligned to your use case and provide a formal quotation. This gives you a clear view of the investment, the configuration, and what the rollout will involve before any commitment is made.
Approval & Deposit
Once you’re ready to proceed, the deposit secures your machine and activates the production process. From this point, the 64-day timeline begins. During this period, we coordinate manufacturing, configuration, and any required branding.
Finalisation
As production nears completion, we move into final checks and logistics. This is where delivery is scheduled, installation is planned, and the final payment is settled prior to dispatch. Everything is aligned for a smooth transition.
Installation & Launch
Your machine is delivered and installed in the agreed location, ensuring it is positioned correctly and ready to operate from day one. This marks the end of the rollout phase and the start of your live vending operation.
Post-Sales Support
Once the machine is live, support continues. We assist with onboarding, guidance, and ongoing operational needs to make sure the setup performs as expected. The focus is not just on installation, but on helping the machine run reliably over time.
